Brought car in just before closing on a Thursday with a major problem. Spoke with Mark. He assured me they would look at car first thing FridayAM and call with estimate by noon. He called Friday and patiently took his time to go over estimate and answer my questions. By end of conversation I had complete confidence having them do the work.
