I had a 1 1/2 inch dia. hitch installed on my 2020 BMW to accept my bike rack. They did a beautiful job in less time than the hitch manufacturer's estimate and it's barely noticeable.

Repairs were done on time and correctly the final bill was either less or the same as they said it would cost. If the vehicle needed special oil that is what they would use. If there were aftermarket parts they felt were cheaper and as good as the manufacturer parts they will talk to you about using them. Their warranty is also very good.
